International Social Services(ISS)

The American Red Cross, as a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement provides assistance to families separated by war, internal conflicts, disaster, or changing world events.

The American Red Cross can helps to:

  • Locate family members separated by war, internal conflict, or changing conditions beyond their control.
  • Reunite families when possible.

The Holocaust and War Victims Tracing Information Center is a collaborative between International Social Services and the Central Maryland Chapter in Baltimore Maryland to provide tracing, documentation, and referral services regarding victims of Nazi persecution who were living in Europe, Eastern Europe, and the former U.S.S.R. between 1933 and 1957.
